They cancelled travel to Turkey 2 day before departing and Ive never get my refund !!!! Thieves agency!!!!!!!
I had a holiday with TOM Travel via Wowcher and Wowtravel in Turkey and it was a huge disappointment!!!! They charged an additional 199 euros for food etc. as a hidden fee, I had to find out about this on the spot! I had no choice on the food whatsoever as we didn't stop anywhere else but restaurants on the motorway with set menus massively overpriced. They took us to all the touristy places and expected us to spend money, the sales assistants were following us around aggressively pushing sales. The hotels were in the middle of nowhere and they dropped us off at 6 pm, leaving us nothing to do but watching TV. My worst holiday ever, don't recommend them at all!! After contacting the company and waiting around I've been sent away with a 'sorry' which is unheard of!
They cheat people, do NOT use this agency!!!I have waited for them to send me my money for almost 2 years and not received it yet.I have called an e-mailed many many times, but no matter what I say or do, nothing happens, they dont answer any of my e-mails anymore and they wont let me speak to anyone in charge when I call. They keep saying my money is on the way, but 2 years, what the f...They take your money and spit on you afterwards, they should have their business closed.I have spoken to MANY with simular experiences, so please...., for your own sake, dont use this agency.WOW TRAVEL is the same company, so dont use them either!!!
